• For all reservations 50% of the total amount of contracted activities must be paid before the date of your hide booking.
• Nothing will be returned if you cancel two days before the start of activities. Unless there are extreme circumstances.
• 50% of the booking amount will be refunded if it is canceled seven days prior to the start of activities. Again unless for extreme emergencies.
• 25% of the booking amount will be refunded if it is canceled fifteen days before the start of activities unless in an emergency.
• In any case, Fauna Salvaje en Acción reserves the right not refund the amount up to a level of 10% in respect of previous management costs.
• • In any case, the total or remaining amount of the cost, will be paid before entering the hide.

For photographers >
• Stay in the hide or hides during a full day, from sunrise to sunset, regardless of the season in which they are made.
• Transport to the agreed meeting point, to the location of the hides.
• Presence and assistance of a permanent guide for the duration of activities.
• The relevant administrative authorizations to carry out these activities.
• Bait for species to photograph and observe.
